Never even heard of this until recently but it's a goodie...
Banana Pancakes
1 banana
2 eggs
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Mix, Fry and bobs your uncle! Have fruit with it or even some lemon and a sprinkle of sugar. Apparently better for you than the normal pancakes as they have no flour.

Comfort food, spaghetti and kale:
whole wheat spaghetti
extra virgin olive oil
garlic slices (lots and lots)
kale (lots of shredded bunches)0 -
In a slow cooker
1. 2-3 chicken breasts
2. 3 cups salsa/water ( 1.5 cups of each)
3.Corn
4. Kidney or Black beans
Let it cook on high for 3-4 hours and you have your lunch for the week. Super yummy...0 -
Quick Protein Dinner:
Chicken Breast (in chunks)
Olive Oil
Spinach (shreded)
Pepper Jack Cheese
Comfort Food with a Crunch (baked):
Garbanzo Beans aka Chickpeas
Olive Oil
Salt
Chilli Powder0 -
Samoa 'LaraBar'
(Serves 8)
2c pitted dates
6 tbsp unsweetened coconut
1bar 100% cacao chocolate (I use ghiradelli - 2.5 servings of chocolate per bar)
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Run everything through a food processor and press into an 8x8 pan. Store in refrigerator.0 -
