Not a recipe but saves me time after time . . .
chicken breasts (Costco frozen skinless boneless)
thaw; marinate in olive oil and garlic (chopped or pressed) . . . I've also added thyme, oregano, other seasonings, etc. You can skip the olive oil but I doubt that it adds a ton of calories. . . .but I could be wrong!
drain, grill (better slightly undercooked than overcooked - grill just till meat bounces back), cool & chill; wrap individual, bag, and freeze
I've done an entire bag before; easy to pull out and add to salads, pasta, make chicken salad, add to soups to bump up protein

Baked italian sausages(4 links per pack) place links in a baking pan.Lightly sprinkle with adobe seasoning,cut 1whole onion and 1whole green bell pepper(any color, I use all the colors for the visual effect and great taste). Bake 30 or minutes or until veggies and links are done...DELISH!!!0

Breakfast patties
Whatever leftover protein is in fridge (Salmon, Chicken, turkey,etc)
Whatever leftover starch is in the fridge (brown rice, quinoa,etc)
Cheese
Egg
Mix together and form into patties and place in non-stick till golden
serve with egg over easy on top0 -
Recipe 1) Quick chicken salad~Pre cooked or left over chicken deboned or chicken breast.1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt(or until you achieved desired texture)1 to 2 tsp sea salt OR seasoning of choice,1/4 cup raisins. Mix all ingredients in a bowl till well combined.
Recipe 2) Parmesan spinach~2cups spinach leaves,3 tbl spoons grated parmesan cheese,2 tbl spoons hidden valley ranch dressing,1 half tomatoe diced. Combine all ingredients in a bowl sprinkle again with parmesan.
Now you can plate recipe #2 and top with recipe #1....YUMMYLICIOUS!!!!0 -

Mine is as follows:
I love tuna cakes!
1 can tuna
8 crackers
1 egg
lemon pepper
smash the crackers; mix all the ingredients together well, form patties (I make about 4), and fry. De-lish!
I do mine with canned salmon instead.

1. Seasoning pack (from my favorite Korean super spicy ramen)
2. Shirataki noodles (calorie free yam noodle)
3. Cabbage (sliced)

Spicy spinach chicken tortilla wrap
Ole xtreme wellness spinach and herb tortilla
Seasoned boiled chicken breast
Baby onion
Mild or medium green chile sauce mixed with a teenie bit of sour cream.0 -
1 serving white rice
1 serving of beef
1 serving of beef
Onion salt
Okay, throw that all together in the pot once the rice is almost done boiling, add more water, let it bubble up on high for a bit, add the onion salt. YUM!!!!0
