  • Today is D8L1 for me and I feel like skipping to Level 2 because of my back issues. Maybe level 2 won't mess up my back like level 1 did. I may just stick it out... I only have 2 days left after all. But hopefully, I can get rid of this back pain and keep this routine up. I really enjoy the workout it gives me.
  • Well, today is D7L1 and whew! I can see a difference in my appearance :) sadly this TOM business isn't helping my motivation all too much :ohwell: but soon enough, when this mother nature issue is over, i'll go weight and measure myself :) really excited to see how far i've come
  • I don't do bare feet persay... but I do them with socks on so the impact isn't bad and I don't get blisters that way... I don't have actual workout shoes so I would have to use my slip on vans... so in that sense, I just enjoy being in socks when I workout
  • I did L1D6 today and i'm kind of sad because the TOM is making me look more like a whale than anything when I work out :/ so discouraging! I wanted to measure myself too to see progress but I can't because of all the water weight from both muscles and TOM Dx gosh I hate this right now
