I LOVE oat meal! All you need is 1 dl (about 40 grams) of oats and 2-2.5 dl of water. Mix it in a bowl and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes. I think moderation is the key word here. Sharing it with co-workers is also a great idea, but remember you are allowed to indulge. You can have some(!) Easter Candy. I think it's more important to teach yourself to eat sensibly, rather than completely cutting things outta your diet.

I drink 5 cups of green rhubarb tea every day (Sometimes it's black tea - depends on the mood I'm in! :-)) I have read about these benefits, but frankly I'm don't see any difference. I only drink it because I can't function unless I've had my daily tea!
