Beans, eggs, beets, spinach, milk, whole grains. Recently i made cabbage enchiladas with black beans they were amazing!

I heard beets provide a lot of iron as well as spinach. I'm sure you know leafy greens provide a lot of calcium. Almond milk and coconut milk are good too.

have you tried doing yoga? Sounds crazy. But i was on pinterest and I seen something on there about doing certain yoga moves to get rid of back fat i assume it's the same concept for getting rid of the bulge since it involves arm movements.
