I like to make pancakes with flaxmeal.... 3 Tablespoons Flaxmeal 1 Egg 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 tablespoon Davinci SF Vanilla Syrup (I've also used Caramel which is good) Mix all ingredients and let sit for a minute. I try to take left overs from dinner, or if I'm in a hurry I grab one of the new Atkin's Frozen meals out of the freezer. I've also taken a salad with chicken, cheese and bacon bits.

I like the chicken and broccoli alfredo one the best so far. I've also had the ones with scrambled eggs for breakfast. They help me stick to it when I don't feel like or have time to cook. :) I have all of them in my freezer, I just haven't tried all of them yet.

I wake up, use the restroom and weigh myself naked (almost daily). Even though I do weigh daily, I don't let it affect me I just have a love affair with my scale. My official weigh day is Tuesday morning though, so whatever the scale says that day is what I have to write down.

I just started on January 1st. I was looking for low carb recipes last night and came across a website called Your Lighter Side. I saved a bunch of recipes from her site. They all looked really good. You might want to check her site out.
