I am a male in my early 30's and weighing in about 335 lbs. I am looking for good people to help me along the way. I have never been on a diet before and need to know where to start really. I need help putting meals together for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Maybe some of you have lost a lot of weight and willing to help me on some diet plans. This is what i am currently doing, im not sure if its correct or not but based on a random internet site and its based on my height and weight.

Breakfast ( 639 Calories )
2 servings Vegetables
2 servings Fruit
1 serving Reduced fat milk
3 servings Starch
1 serving Meat Lean
2 servings Fat

Noon Meal ( 689 Calories )
1 serving Vegetables
2.5 servings Fruit
1 serving Reduced fat milk
3 servings Starch
2 servings Meat Lean
2 servings Fat

Evening Meal ( 681 Calories )
