I was at 1.87 miles on W3D1 with the warm up and cool down. I am up to 2.41 miles now for W7D1 (25 min - no intervals) not including the warm up. I have 36 days to go until my race. I am feeling pretty good about where I am at for finishing without stopping or coming in last :) It sounds like you are in really good shape…
