I have been adding it in as exercise. You used to be able to input it as food and get negative calories but for some reason that is no longer working so inputting this way gives the same effect though it looks funny on my news feed.

That's great!! I imagine that you've been active while at the cabin even if you've done a lot of snacking. I am kicking myself for all the gluttony while driving across country. I set myself back so far, though thankfully it is coming back off. I just could have been so much further ahead :/

Yep, finally weighed in and it was a whopping 9 pound gain. But, I am back in the saddle with couch to 5k training 3 days a week, biking, and swimming. Hopefully these pounds will take the plunge. week 7 182.3 Week 3: 174.6 Week 2: 175.9 Week 1: 176.6

congrats Allison!! Way to go! I'm sticking with myfitnesspal and taking it one month at a time. I am hoping to lose 5 pounds by the end of the month. I figure if I can do that every month for the next 3 months, by summer I'll fit in my shorts again :D

I noticed the same thing for me with iron and found the best sources (as in the highest amounts) came from bread products because they'd been enriched/fortified. Cereal makes for an easy source.. I found Total or a fortified shredded wheat gives me the "most bang for my buck" so to speak. I had been eating a wheat crunch…

I have heard that GNC carries a shake similar to shakeology but I don't know what it is called and it has been a few years since I heard that too. Good luck getting an answer you are seeking :)

Man do I hear ya Julie!! I didn't do it this time, but I usually spend a week just keeping track of what I put in my mouth. I remember one time a few years ago it was well over 3000 calories. Major eye opener.

lol The only yoga I have done is the 10 or 15 min on cardioX from P90X. I hate it, but I feel so limber and stretched I feel afterwards.
