i was at 1300 cal, but since reading road map I have upped it to 1650. Usually I was eating between 1100-1250. Too low isn't it?

I get very nervous before stepping on the scale, even if I know there should be a loss. I know once a week is the way to go, but sometimes I want to check in between weigh ins. This, for me is dangerous. Weight does fluctuate and it can be depressing when the numbers move the wrong way!

Were you truly in that size to start, or just making that size fit you? Usually I think 15-20lbs is a size.

I love that most of you have uped your calories if on a plateau. That is so cool, the way bodies work.
