I just log what I eat as I eat. I do well to plan meal by meal. My days are so crazy I can not imagine planning each meal for the whole week!!! That would be awesome!!

Weekends are the worst for me too!!! I am home all day and even if I am cleaning or keeping busy I find myself wanting to snack. It's the envionment for me...just bad habits I have to work on breaking, I guess.
