I am the same way, I bruise much easier when I lose weight. I also wondered why this was the case. You are not alone! And my iron levels are good.

I say try and push through it! I am on my last 2 days of Insanity (woo hoo!) and I had sooo many days where something (a foot, a knee, my butt) was killing me, but I found that as long as I started my workout, the pain pretty much went away. Correct. I didn't write that. Agreeing with someone that people here can be nasty in no way makes me holier than thou. It makes me sad people can't be a little nicer for honest questions, not just this thread, many of them.

I have it and I love it! I also can't stick with it exclusively, either. But when I do it regularly, I have seen great results, just seems to get a bit boring day after day...so I like to incorporate it with my other workouts. Definitely recommend, though!

Laurel, the two of the BBL workouts I like are Bum Bum and High and Tight. They are both are very focused on the legs and butt. I usually combine High and Tight with a 30 min Cathe HIIT workout...in fact, the is what I have scheduled for today...I am just trying to motivate myself to do it! Have a great day, everyone!…

I believe you need to create a new workout for yourself, put in the name of it, calories, etc. That is what I do anyway.

Thanks everyone! I did do a Cathe workout this morning...(Muscle Max), and I am already feeling it! I also love my Turbo Fire's, a couple of Jari Love workouts, and 1 Bob Harper workout that I am addicted to! Can't wait to get to know all of you better! Oh, and Brazil Butt Lift! A couple of his workouts give great results!
