I tried google some say 240 some say 400 for a dodger dog so im gunna play it safe and have like 800-900 calories left to eat when I get to the stadium

cook the ground turkey and measure out a serving a cut open a bell pepper and deseed it and put the turkey in it and a lil cheese if you like cilantro onions or what ever you like and bake it in the oven till the pepper is nice n soft

Yah iwont really struggle with sweet stuff eveb before i lost the weight u didnt care for sweetes that mych just regular food was my down fall like fried chicken lol

Dont look t it like i have 75 POUNDS?!?! Make smaller goals like make ur first goal to loose 20 pounds and once u get there make another goal...goals dont have to just be weight losss either if u cant run a mile without stopping make a week 2 week even a month long goal to run a mile you will feel better abput your self

I really appreciate you guys taking the time out to reply everyones post helped me in some way im feeling better now im never gunna give up that's something I do not do I knw there are ups and downs this was just one of my down days I still stayed under my calories today and still got in a good strength…
