Had an over indulging weekend
Ok so I am trying to eat a 2000 calorie a day diet trying to lose weight I lost weight once n gained back all my weight which was close to 100 pounds.. I was wondering if I over indulged this weekend is it safe to go right back to my 2000 calorie diet or is it safe to fast for a day?

well last year around this time I had hit my goal weight of 200 and now a year later I gained 80-90 pounds back I beat my self up a lot about it but now im getting back on track and loosing it and keepin it off this time

Everytime i work out i do a good strength training routine n the day after im not that sore i feel a lil bit but nothing to complain about does this mean im not working hard enough or am i just used to the feeling?
