Quick question

Ok guys i lost 112 pounds and i absolutly hate goin to the gym lol my question is do i have to keep goin to gym if im at my goal weight? Im not gunna start eating bad still loggin my cals and following a healthy diet will i gsin weight if i still eat the same but just not go to gym?

    If you don't go the gym you run the risk of becoming less healthy, fit, skinny, etc than if you did. Maybe drop down to 2 times a week? I'm not sure what answer you're looking for. There are tons of people who maintain weight and/or lose weight without the use of a gym. Everyone is different so I highly doubt you're going to get a definite answer.
