It's a good workout. You are combining aerobic (cardio) and anaerobic (hiit and strength training) exercises though. Typically this is done on separate days. If you're comfortable doing this, then keep at it. But if you encounter any issues or plateaus, this might be a place to change things up. Also, I really think HIIT should come at the end. If you're doing HIIT correctly, you should really have no energy for cardio and then strength training. HIIT is a finishing exercise. The HI is "high intensity" so you should be running/biking/whatever at the fastest you can go for the 30-45 second intervals. This should fatigue you, wipe you out, and crush your spirits (ha!).

So maybe something like a 10 minute cardio warm-up (with a progressive build up to a slow jog), followed by strength training, cardio, then HIIT. Or as I mentioned above ... a couple of days strength training + hitt, and the other couple of days, just cardio.

Just a suggestion. You're putting in some great effort, nice going!

I would do something like a 10 minute warm-up on the bike, strength train, and then do HIIT. This is just my personal preference because I want to be sure I push myself to the max when lifting.
