fat calories bad?
do I have to worry about my fat calories even if im staying at my daily calorie intake? if im goin to the gym everyday and still stay under my calroeis or just at them but a lot come from fat would it make me gain weight or are the fat calories the same as just calories?

ok im going to the dodger game and im sitting in the all you can eat pavilion im planning on eating around 2 hot dogs and mabey a order of nachos im planning around so it will fit in my macros but does anyone have any idea how many calories are in each?

Went good allday then me n my friend wet to camp oit for the new jorda n had to resort to fastfood i knw i shoulda prepped before but o well lol had a good workput today so i had a large fry n 10 pc nuggets from mcdonalds lol i feel bad but at same time i knw this isnt gunna set me back lol End of rant!!!!

Rest days?
Rest days.. Right now i go to the gym 3 days then ill take a day break then repeat Ill run 1.25 miles everytime i go and then lift for about 45 mins to an hpur different muscles on all 3 days and sumtimes ill go on elliptical or boke for 10 mins is that enough rest? Do i even need to rest?
