Rest days?

Rest days..
Right now i go to the gym 3 days then ill take a day break then repeat
Ill run 1.25 miles everytime i go and then lift for about 45 mins to an hpur different muscles on all 3 days and sumtimes ill go on elliptical or boke for 10 mins is that enough rest? Do i even need to rest?

    That's totally up to you. Is your performance suffering in the gym? Are you sore?
