Make time for itt i work 40+ and it is easy to make time for it while doing other stuff im sure u watch tv before bed or somthin stoP that and bam you have plenty of time

And should i continue cardio i burn roughly 300-400 calories a day with cardio when i go to the gym

Lol srry guys im on my phone but i think im gunna just go n burn 300 cals in cardio n taje another break from strength trainin its gunna be hard tho cuz i love lifting :(

h yah and like a year and a half ago when I wasn't employed my record high weight was 335 pounds but when I really started trying to loose weight I was 319

Best thing is being able to go into a regular clothing store in the mall n buying what ever i want not shopping for a soze but for what i like

My activity level after work i go to the gym and do about 15 mins on hiit on the tredmill alternating speeds between 5.0 and 7.0 and then i do 7-10 mins on the bike burning roughly 300 cals combined and then ill strength train for 30-60 mins 3 days on 1 day rest ad my job is just a desk job so no activity there
