Ok so just recently i got to my goal of 220 pounds i was at 319 on jsnuary 3rd 2013
I was doing cardio and strength training i started to do hiit about 2 months ago i wanna gain muscle and definition but i still have some fat around my stomach so my question is should i continue to eat ar a calorie deficit or should i start eating at maintainece?

And should i continue cardio i burn roughly 300-400 calories a day with cardio when i go to the gym0

Well I'm absolutely no expert, especially not for men, but I would say that if you plan on staying at/around 220, then you should up your calories to maintenance and continue lifting and eating the right macros to gain muscle/lose fat. However if you still plan to lose you still need a deficit.
I would suggest reading some at IIFYM.com. And then look around and get some advice as to how to lose fat and gain muscle. I haven't really gotten to such a stage yet but I'm sure there are better people around here than I at this stuff.
