Can someone give me opinions on my food log today so i knw if im doing this right plzz

    MACROS are being met with P an F so always hit those as minimums. Only thought is fat intake--try adding some oil, fish, nuts, nut butter, avocado--the healthier fats--otherwise enjoy!

    What are looking at or concerned about?
  • as long as you are in your calories you are good to go.

    what sort of activity level are you doing?
    You should be eating 5 meals a day where the cals are spread evenly throughout. Also, make sure that you are getting enough proteins, starches, fats, etc.
    Did you calculate your BMR?

    My activity level after work i go to the gym and do about 15 mins on hiit on the tredmill alternating speeds between 5.0 and 7.0 and then i do 7-10 mins on the bike burning roughly 300 cals combined and then ill strength train for 30-60 mins 3 days on 1 day rest ad my job is just a desk job so no activity there

    calories under daily including your exercise calories--the snack is no big deal--it's the overall day, week, month. Have 30 days like today and you will lose weight. Well, intro some other fats and your body will thank you. See earlier post about healthy fats.

    So the macros are a minimum to meet?? Not like a max not to go over???
