too much protien?

is eating to much protein bad for weight loss? ive been eating 20-50 grams more then MFP says I should eat...should I worry about that if im trying too loose belly fat? please help im always worrying about this

Nope, mfp has a rather low protein goal and I would say it is the one macro it is good to go over on.
I often have over 100g a day and I am female.
I would certainly not want to aim for anything over 150g personally, as I believe a modicum of moderation is needed in all things, but going over the mfp goal by 50g wont do you any harm, unless you have any underlying kidney problems.
And actually, people tend to find it easier to control appetite in having more protein, than in having more carbs. It helps retain your lean mass as you lose weight, especially if coupled with weight training, so that your metabolism remains decent.0
