Feeling bad

Im at hospital waiting or one of my bestfriends baby to be born i did good on my eatong all day but when i got here i had to eat n the ealthoest thing that was there was carne asada tacos and rice n beans today was my rest fay from gym but if im here real late i got work at 6 am and idk how tored imma be tomo ivdont wanna miss the gym but if im super tired ill moss bevaisr im affraid itbwill hurt my self in the long run im just feeling bad about missing the gym

    Don't beat yourself up about it! We all have days that throw us off track. I recommend you get back to your routine as soon as you get a chance. Stick with it! :smile:

    Yea every weekend I slip a little but mon-fri I typically do better. It's life they'll be ups and downs just roll with it.
