Just eat when your hungry... Typically after a high calorie day I'm not as hungry the following day but don't restrict yourself

I'd just call yesterday a wash and go back to your plan. But don't make yourself eat, if you go under, don't sweat it. An occasional high-calorie day will not hurt you. Some will say it even helps, as a form of calorie cycling (eating high some days and low others).

This. Consider it a cheat day and just go right back to the plan. Worst thing you can do is stress over it.

I'll second this. Don't let the stress of that one flubbed day, turn this day or the next on into repeated flub days. The less you stress about it, the better you will do in the future.
