I sip on water every chance I get so I usually don't have any cravings for it but once in a while I allow my self some diet coke or a regular coke as long as it fits into my calories.

I think it'd be best to talk to a therapist/doctor about this. Two pounds in a week is nothing and can be caused from anything such as not drinking enough water or due to normal body fluctuations. If you're this worried you're probably not as recovered as you think.

I heard that the number on the scale can change depending on where you stand. If your scale doesn't have those footprints on it try putting some little tape marks to make sure you're standing in the same spot every time

I'd recommend c25k. It trains you to run 5k in about 8 weeks and if that's too crazy for you just repeat weeks. Do a week until your 100% comfortable with it.

Completed week 3, and since it's still a bit early in the week i'm gonna repeat day 3 before the week is done :) week 4 here I come!

Then don't diet. Change you're whole lifestyle, eat healthier and don't deny yourself that pizza slice once in a while. Set a reasonable calorie goal and make sure you're still in a deficit and you'll sure as he'll lose weight. Think long term :smile:

I'd get a good workout in too earn my self some calories, then I'd prepare a healthy low calorie dinner and save myself some cals for a few snacks to get me through the rest of the day!

Do you have a treadmill, elliptical or stationary bike? Those are always great. If it's warm where you live you can always go for walks or runs..
