Plateau and already eating minimal calories?
So I'm currently netting 1300-1400 calories daily sometimes reaching 1500. I'm worried that once I started losing weight, (I have about 45lbs to lose) that ill plateau and won't be able to lower my calories. Any thoughts ?

How often do you take progress pics?
Hey guys so I was just wondering, if you take body pics so that you can see your progress and how far you've come, how often do you do it? I don't want to take pics too soon and then be disappointed, but I also wanted to see if I'm making any progress! Hope often do you weigh yourself? Thanks xx

Confused about net calories and such

I am hoping to lose about 20 of that by the end of June, which totals in at about 2 pounds per week. I have found out that…

Losing motivation..
So today was the toughest day I've had since I started this. It was week 4 day 3 of c25k. I've done it 2 times already this week and although it was pretty hard I managed to push through, so I didn't think today would be much harder considering its the same workout. So I put on my shoes and headed to the basement where my…

How do I know when I'm ready for a new week?
So yesterday I finished week 3. The 3 minute runs were hard but I managed to run through them. I took a peek at week 4 hoping to start today. It looks hard! I barely got through last week. I heard some people repeat weeks. How do I know if I'm ready?

How much is 50 grams of cooked chicken breast?
I bought a package of cooked chicken breast today, and it says a serving is 1/8 or 50 grams of the package. The package is 400g. This is kind of a stupid question but what is the best way to measure it out without a scale?

How long after eating should I wait to run?
I think I heard somewhere that you should wait 2 hours after you eat to exercise but I don't really have the time for that. Half an hour ago I ate a salad with some Kraft ranch. How long should I wait before running?

Figuring out calories of food you are unsure of?
So lately I've been tracking my calories and measuring everything out in a journal. I'm hoping to start tracking on mfp tomorrow. I get how to do it when you have a product with nutritional information, but how about when you go out to dinner, eat at a friends house etc. how are you supposed to know how much of something…

Losing 2 pounds weekly
I have found out that to lose 2 pounds weekly I need to create a calorie deficit of 1000. I thought it was as simple as eating 500 calories less than usual, (1200 for me) and burning another 500 however this would be netting 700 calories. how do I create a 1000 calorie deficit then? I'm 18 I weight 165 and I'm 5'8
