How often do you take progress pics?

Hey guys so I was just wondering, if you take body pics so that you can see your progress and how far you've come, how often do you do it? I don't want to take pics too soon and then be disappointed, but I also wanted to see if I'm making any progress!

Hope often do you weigh yourself?

    I've only just taken my first progress pictures today, and I started restricting my calories 215 days ago.

    I usually weigh myself once a week, every friday. Sometimes if I have an increased amount of water weight, I'll weigh in a couple more times to see if it's decreased.

    The thing is, you probably wont see as much difference in your pictures - but other people will. It's worth taking some now, and looking at them later, perhaps.

    It's totally random for me. My first were on day 15 though - not much change. The next I think was day 55 and that was the first time I could see a real difference. I try to take them every 30-45 days, but sometimes I forget :)

    I plan to do it every five pounds, but I didn't take any my first 25 pounds. I wish I had. Although there are a few that other people took that make me cringe, so I guess I could compare those.

    Haha thanks guys I'll probably stick to once a month, or maybe every ten pounds :)
