How much is 50 grams of cooked chicken breast?

I bought a package of cooked chicken breast today, and it says a serving is 1/8 or 50 grams of the package. The package is 400g. This is kind of a stupid question but what is the best way to measure it out without a scale?

Without weighing it, it's going to be difficult.
I'd keep cutting it into accurate halfs until you have 8 equal pieces and that's a (very) rough guide.
For future, invest in some scales! You wont regret it.
