So I'm currently netting 1300-1400 calories daily sometimes reaching 1500. I'm worried that once I started losing weight, (I have about 45lbs to lose) that ill plateau and won't be able to lower my calories. Any thoughts ?

Don't borrow trouble. There's no reason to think that you won't keep losing weight at that calorie level. A couple weeks with no significant scale movement is frustrating, but as long as you know you're at a deficit, keep on keeping on and you'll eventually get there.0

You'll only end up plateauing if you're eating at maintenance. You'll likely still be in a deficit at 1300-1400 calories no matter what, so there is nothing to worry about.0
