I actually don't mind how fast I lose as long as I'm losing. Anytime I try higher though I only maintain I don't lose. I tried about 1700 for 2 months and nothing and I was weighing and measuring everything.

If you don't eat breakfast why don't you try preparing a smoothie in the morning with maybe some protein powder or some sort. I used to have the same problem so i'd have some meal replacement shakes in the morning. Try eating avocados, nuts, healthy butters etc.

Tried these new 2 ingredient banana pancakes out today. It just egg and banana and I added some cinnamon and they were delicious :)

Like others have said, check the restaurant's website and you're likely to find some nutritional information on there. If you can't find anything just estimate. When you're out, try to pick the most healthy food you can, and you should be safe. I'd reccomend not stressing about it. When i first join MFP, i was counting…
