me too! ive been sitting at 142 for a couple of weeks with 0,6 loss then 0.4.... read the tdee-20% threads, upped my cals on wednesday and have already lost 2lbs! hopefully will be in the 9 stones by next week which would be amazin!

i started MFP on 1200 cals as recommended, lost 3lbs in three weeks (most of it in week one and very small losses for 2 and 3). decided to start this last week and am already 2lbs down after about 5 days! brilliant

I'm 5ft4 and goal is 126. I'm 142 at the moment x finding it tough have people found it easier sticking to low cals or tree-x%

I started today same as above poster, not too difficult but def sweaty by the end lol I only used tins, need to invest in some 3kgs tomorrow am but don't think it will make much of a difference as regularly work out with hand weights at gym Hopefully will have some good results

And one I just discovered - haywards pickled onions are about 20cals per drained 100g! Amazing snack!

Push ups Planks Using light weights at the gym, 3/4ks bicep curls, tricep dips etc? If you want to tone use light weights I've been told otherwise you're building muscle and ur arms will get bigger. Small weights, lots of reps

I did my first half marathon in October a few months before that I couldn't run for one minute. We jogged the whole way and did 2hrs31. The Nike running app was great for training :) Now I try and do a 5k at the gym 3 times a week but it is boring running on a treadmill, will be going outside when it's a bit warmer.

Thanks both I've been eating at in and around 1200-1300 for two weeks and have lost 3lbs but found it hard. Will see if upping cals helps as I am exercising 5 times a week.
