Im up at 445 a.m. to work by 6. so my breakfast at that time is coffee and toast.. but at first break I do have oatmeal or a Jimmy Dean lite breakfast snadwhich.. My workout is Jazzercise 4- 5 days a week medium to low impact on some moves (back injury).. I really love the fast pace to keep from bordom

losing weight is diffcult, and however an individual chooses to do so, is up to them, as long as it is not dangerous and doctor approved. I had help with Phenedren to get 20 pounds off, Im keeping it off by myself. so I applaud you on doing what works for you, just keep it safe and realistic.

grab a couple of soup cans and lift. also, you can lift legs or gat resistance bands and open/close. good luck I hope this helps. :flowerforyou:

you look marvelous. I am alos 5'2 and 51 years old struggled.. but I did my loos with healp from my doctors (back issues) once that was corrected I joined Jazzercis and do low impact whenever ness. and reg when needed.. It has helped me alot...My instructors are awsome, would not let me quit just showed me alternativ moves…
