Thank you! Yes, pf is miserable! I wish I hadn't let myself go like I did when I had it though. I should have just ate less. Now that I'm back where I was before I got it, I'm ready to see how low I can get my bf%.

Great! I had never heard of it until Sara and SS told me to do it. The ladies (and gents) over there are fantastic. We would love to have you back!

Thank you! And thanks to you and SideSteel for pointing me in the right direction!! You two rock!!! :flowerforyou:

Thanks! The cruises do help keep me motivated but if it makes you feel better, they also put me a couple of steps back once I return home. Cruises have food everywhere, all the time!! So many temptations surround you and I always come back heavier than I was when I left. It does seem to get the metabolism going though…

Thanks! You (and others in here) were a big part of me getting to this point! I wouldn't be where I am without all of your support and advice. :flowerforyou: Now I hope I can continue making progress toward my next goal.

Congrats on all your success! You look fabulous!!

Thanks!

That's a good thing!! I never would have put that picture out there in the main forum if I thought anyone would know it was me!!! And thanks again! I hope I make a lot more progress between now and that cruise. I have 77 days to work on it.

Thanks! You also helped me along the way. Thanks for all your help with AP! All of you that had success with it before I came along were such an inspiration to me. :flowerforyou:

Thank you! It's amazing how much better you feel when you get to a healthy weight.

Thank you! You helped me get here. Thank you for that!!

Wow! Thanks!!

Trust me, I still have fat you can't see under those clothes!! Not a lot anywhere (except my thighs...I'm cursed with big thighs!!), but some just about everywhere. The fat beside my knees drives me crazy because it shows in my skirts and the fat on my arms shows in short sleeves, and in a swimsuit it all shows!…

Thank you all!

I don't know how much fat I have left to lose but I don't like what I see in the mirror yet, at least without clothes on. Over the past 5 weeks, I've lost an average of 1 lb. per week and that's with one day over 3K and another over 4K, not including Thanksgiving or the day after when I didn't even log. I tend to have one…

Guess it's my turn since I hit my first goal...originally I thought I would be happy to get back to what was my "normal" before my injury. However, now that I see what others have accomplished I'm not stopping here. I want to look good with or without clothes and I'm not there yet!! At this point I'm going to concentrate…

I was afraid you would say that. :frown: I've ate at a deficit for so long now that it's not a big deal. I was just looking forward to seeing what impact adding calories would have on my lifting. I'm scared if I go to maintenance and then try to cut again it would be harder than just continuing. I've been eating around…

Quest bars (white chocolate raspberry is my absolute favorite!!) Dannon light and fit, fat free double protein Greek yogurt Salad Most days I'm obsessed with Diana's banana's...frozen, chocolate dipped bananas. Love those things!

Thank you! You arm(s) looks fantastic!! Looks like your bulk is going well.

That's been me for the past couple of months. Not that I don't workout, I just do it at home. I keep telling myself I'm going to use that membership I keep paying for.
-
After several months of being on a deficit, I'm nearing my goal. I hope to be eating at maintenance before long...just need to firm up a couple areas. :)

I'm feeling much better now so I started back with cycle 4, week 3...the last day I attempted before my week off. The lifts felt much better except the BORs. I give up on my current weight attempts with those and am going to deload. I didn't want to start this cycle over because I will finish this cycle right as my long…

My goals: 1. I want to get stronger 2. I want to lower my percentage of bf, although I don't know where I'm at now. 3. I want to firm up and lift my butt 4. I want to flatten my tummy...I know that involves more dieting...but I've been dieting since Feb. I want to lose another 5 lbs. or so and then go on maintenance for a…

No, the other options I'm thinking about are Nia Shanks (not sure which one but she's been highly recommended by a couple of ladies from my FL), Wendler's 5/3/1 for beginners, and Simply Shredded.

I'm on my 4th cycle. Here's my progress: Squats: Cycle 1 55 lbs. -->Cycle 4 80 lbs. BP: Cycle 1 55 lbs. -> Cycle 4 70 lbs. BOR: Cycle 1 75lbs. --> Cycle 4 100 lbs. Losing form here, need to deload... OBP Cycle 1 30 lbs. --> Cycle 4 45 lbs. SLDL: Cycle 1 80 lbs. --> Cycle 4 105 lbs. BC Cycle 1 28 lbs. --> Cycle 4 38 lbs.…

That sounds like a reasonable plan. I'm sure lifting a maintenance will be much easier than lifting at a deficit...at least I hope. You both look amazing, btw!
-
I want to lose an extra 5 lbs. because of a thread I read (MrsBigMack) Michelle wrote explaining why you gain back 5 lbs. after you hit maintenance. Because of that, I want to lose an extra 5 before upping my calories so I will end up here and not 5 lbs. heavier. I know I have to eat a surplus to build muscle, but I am a…

I've just been using an old fashion paper and pen...I know, not what you're looking for. I've just been too busy to set anything up yet.
