I think the cup of POPPED corn has a lot of AIR in between the fluffy, popped pieces. No calories in the pockets of air.

If I go for higher calorie items, it's usually Mexican food and/or Pepsi. But I don't plan certain days of the week to do special meals.

What time of day do you exercise? I do it after work, and do get cold in the evening. But my body temp drops that time of day anyway.

For salad dressing, I like the real stuff. I try not to eat copious amounts of it though. I'd rather eat less of what I like, than more of what I do not. Across the board.
