the only thing i don't like about the sparkling water that i drink is the aspartame. in regards to saving money on buying veggies, try purchasing from homegrown farms and farmers markets :)

i agree. for about the past week or so i wouldnt say i ate whatever i wanted, i was still concious of what i was putting in my mouth, but i didnt take in some different foods. i fairly kept up with excercise still about 5 times a week with 2 days off. kept up regular habits. hopped on the scale, 3-5 lbs down. can i survive…

looking at your diary your doing a great job staying within your goals, especially if you arent being that active. However, i'm thinking thats the missing piece to your puzzle, if you start slowly adding a bit of cardio and weights you may see the scale budge a little more! friend me? :) -Kelly

Great post! My running & breathing have significantly improved. My mile times have significantly improved. I feel better about myself (most days) :) I feel healthier, i live a better life style that i try to encourage others to follow. I just all around feel the awesome-ness!

i heard the herbal rememdy black cohosh is really supposed to help with that but i havent tried it. also foods with dairy are also good for muscle repair and regrowth but it won't take away the soreness. take a couple anti-inflammatories and i hope you feel better soon!
