What is wrong with me these days?!?!

eh, i mean week.

I have been binging like a cave woman who won't get to eat for another 2 years !!!

what gives?

    what's your daily calorie goal anyway? and actually occasionally eating more is helpful for weight loss in the long run. it might be water weight or a plateau that you're dealing with. also... you're 5 pounds from your goal... and you're already thin. you might be... dare I say it... legitimately hungry? what does a binge consist of for you?

    i've been constantly switching my goals from 1300-1500 with 0.5lb loss/week... and my binge is meaning... i'm done for the day.. everything is good..then boom.. i eat a bunch of chocolate and go over my goal. or i eat wendy's or whatever and just don't even care about the calories..

    just having a hard time figuring out everything i guess :) ha
  • I'm coming off a bad week too. Ate too much and exercised too little. I think the former was because of the latter. Probably homones to blame too. Back on the wagon this week. Be patient with yourself. We're not robots, we have ups and downs. Comparatively speaking, your recent bad eating is probably still better than how you ate before MFP!

    i would recommend eating a smidge more... and limit your carbohydrates in general except ones from vegetables and nuts and low sugar fruits. see if that maybe helps... just limit lots of grains and sugar and eat around 1500ish a day and you'll be fine. it's okay to have wendy's once in a while! i mean i used to have binges so bad... once i ate an entire box of cereal so... i understand. :)

    could it be your TOM nearing. I get like that (or used to) when that was drawing near.
