I wasn't feeling motivated this morning at 04:15 when I crawled out of bed to head to gym...I am glad a pushed myself to do it but man sometimes it is hard, LOL. I did a week and then missed last week. The week I completed was intense, I love the pump and the soreness that follows. Today was my next to last "official" weigh in for this round of BFL, so here are the numbers. SW - 274.8 CW - 246.0 GW - 240 That is 28.8# gone! And 6# to lose by next Friday. You all have a great day.

I love that steep hill. I have one similar where I hunt that I sometimes throw on a pack and start hiking. I love it. I need to see if I can find some before pics, I don't think there is that much difference in me. Again great job everyone.

I am 13 days from the end. I am pushing hard to make my goal. I am not doing the official challeng but I have enjoyed this round. What are your alls plans after this round is over? When I run outside I usually don't listen to music. I take my dog with me and I like to be aware of what is going on around me. When I run on the treadmill or when I am doing strength training I listen to my music. Sometimes the hard, fast music in my list is exactly what I need for that one last rep.

Last month was not a good month for me, I didn't eat like I should have. But I am back at it now and since Jan 02 I have loss 22# so far. I am enjoying the workouts and I am moving up in weights on just about everything. Today is the lower body workout for me so I will be sore for the next couple of days, lol.
