Round 2
I started my 2nd round of BFL yesterday. I am shooting for similar results as the first round. I do enjoy this program as I mentioned before and I am looking forward to the next 82 days of workouts. Has anyone else started another round?

I am shooting for 240# by 01 April, this is my next mini goal. my ultimate goal is 200#. I am currently at about 248#.
