salad consisting of 1/3 cup of Quinoa, 1/3 cup of microwaved seitan, two cups of spinach, 1 medium tomato, half an avocado, 1/3 cup grated carrot, lime juice, peri peri sauce and about a teaspoon of citrus salad dressing, unfortunately this clocked up around the 500 cal mark :(

I just use MFP for exercise calorie tracking but even if that's out it shouldn't be a problem considering that even with exercise I rarely eat over 1600 cals right?

well I have the implant so Aunt Flo's visits can be a little erratic lol, inface after not seeing her for a few months she decided to stay twice this month for a week at a time...

I have a whole 'cheat weekend' and find that because im allowing myself it I never go crazy n never really more than 1700 cals. if I didn't let myself have the weekend I think id find the 1400 week day cals a lot harder. lol I do exercise don't worry, normally a 1 mile fast paced or 2 mile slow paced jog, its just on the off day when I don't I feel like im screwed for dinner. I need to start weighing my food actually because with all the meals everyone has listed seem like wayyyy over 500 cals to me

a UK 10 is a US size 6 , and a US size 10 is a UK size 14 so thinking of a US size 10, I could be that unil I was around 150lbs

105 seems a bit too slim for 5'3"! your BMI wants you to be 105 at your very smallest, you're a pound off being underweight there, so I suggest to OP that she tries to be somewhere around 115-120 mark
