As a teacher, it seems I have to get up half an hour before I go to bed. On a serious note, I think as long as you follow a regular schedule, the amount of sleep is a secondary concern.

We are creatures of habit. I am assuming you have a fairly hectic (but normal) work week with more free time on the weekend. If it makes you feel any better, I have the same issue. Thankfully, the weather is warming up which means more yard work and other outside (and hopefully calorie burning) activities.
