Started Primal last Sunday, so far so good. Was already doing a whole food diet but didn't eat much bread so it hasn't been too bad changing my eating habits, except for tortillas & tortilla chips. :-(

So true plus when they take out fat they tend to add sugar (and vice versa).

I'm doing a 10% carb, 20% protien& 70% fat. When I get to goal I'll increase the carbs to maybe 20%-30% or so depending on what will maintain the weight loss. Just go slow so it stays off.
