Hello ladies! Turned 41 in February. Started serious fitness and diet last October. Managed to get rid of 25 pounds. Now looking to tone up and show some muscle :smiley: Would love to have some friends for motivation on our journey!

My baby boy is an usher at 8th graduation tonight. Phillie's game tomorrow in STL. Then a 5k through the zoo on Sunday. Then another Phillies game! I need a vacation from myself ;)

The Phillies will be in town in a couple weeks so we'll be back over there...since I married a guy from Philly :smile: I need to get lots of good workouts in to be prepared for that weekend!
