I had the same question, but since no responses yet, I went on Amazaon, ran a search and sorted by the highest reviews. I'm going to send for this one, for $36.95: Eatsmart Precision Plus Digital Bathroom Scale with Ultra Wide Platform and Step-on Technology, 440-Pounds

Here is a snack mix I found on cooking light that I am going to make for Super-Bowl Sunday: Salty-Sweet Mix: 1 1/2 cups Post Honey Nut shredded wheat, 1 cup dried mangoes, 3 cups Triscuit whole-wheat thin crisps, 1/2 cup roasted almonds 1/2 cup mix = 125 calories, 2.2g fiber

All of these are great! BUMP (At first I thought BUMP meant "fist-bump" for good topics). I just had some fresh pineapple. When I looked up the calories I was surprised at how low in calories it is.

What a great idea for a group! Hi I'm Lisa, live in Conn. Trying to drop down a couple of clothing sizes because I am only 5 feet tall. It doesn't take too many extra pounds for me to go up or down a jeans size. And since I refused to buy one more larger size jeans, I was starting to have a hard time breathing (just…
