Hi...I just started MFP last week and am in need of a reliable scale that won't cost a lot. My budge is between $20-30 for a new one. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks in advance.

I had the same question, but since no responses yet, I went on Amazaon, ran a search and sorted by the highest reviews. I'm going to send for this one, for $36.95: Eatsmart Precision Plus Digital Bathroom Scale with Ultra Wide Platform and Step-on Technology, 440-Pounds0

I have a weight watchers digital scale that works well. It's usually close to what my doctor's office is. I think it was around 20 ish dollars.0

Salter do a good range of digital scales that measure body fat % and stuff.
Mine seems accurate to within 1% of the gym scales and calipers for body fat.
I like digital scales because you are, in effect, calibrating them everytime you switch tehm on. And they are not as fussy about temperature variations and such.0 -
Once I get my new scale, I will probably be adjusting my starting weight setting on MFP!0

Thanks so much for the input. I am going to research all the models everyone recommended.0
