I would go to my mom's house, dig through an entire box of lucky charms picking out the marshmallows, ALL the marshmallows, put them in a bowl and eat them like popcorn while watching a movie. Mmmm... I love mixing 1 tablespoon peanut butter with 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt and a little honey. Dipping strawberries in that is like heaven! And my kids love it! They call it peanut butter fluff, lol :happy:

I started doing the Burn Fat Boost Metabolism about a week and a half ago. It was definatly tough, but I can now complete the entire dvd. And last week I did it six days and lost 2.7 lbs.! I am normally a one pound a week loser, so that was awesome for me! Stick to it, it will get easier. :happy:

Feb. 1st - 170.2 Feb. 8th - 169.4 Feb. 15th - 168.1 Feb. 22nd - Probably not going to lose a full 5 before the end of the month, but it is a short month also. :wink: I will be pretty happy if I just lose another pound, because that means that I will have lost my first 10 lbs.!!!! One third of the way to me goal weight!

My husband is an avid vaper. Has completely quit smoking since he started about six months ago. I am glad he chose something healthier, and he loves it. Has purchased 4 PV's and has a big collection of liquids. Maybe he is bordering on obsession, lol :)

I have had the same problem, especially with my coffee. I used to drink those yummy flavored non dairy creamers. But just the other day I tried almond milk instead of creamer. I absolutely love the pita king's whole wheat pitas. I usually eat only half and thats only 75 calories. I like to fill them with stir-fried fresh veggies and some homemade tzaziki. Yummy!
