Thanks! I definitely think my pacing is off. I am trying to run full hilt rather than jog. I will try that. I live on a farm and we have rough terrain (I go for walks/runs in our yard) and its a bit hilly and has lots of critter craters. Is it better to find a flat/even surface? Could that be causing my problems? I…

Thank you! Do you think modifying c25K with 30 second run intervals would be a better way?

Didn't feel well later in the evening

I'm about to turn 25 and already am noticing changes! Mostly, that I kind of "fit" in with the shape of my body now, my face looks age appropriate finally and worst of all GRAY HAIR. YEP and lots of it! My mom went gray at 27. You don't even know how many red boxes of root touch up I've hoarded.

Thanks! I know she recommends logging it as calisthenics or advanced pilates since its more intensive than regular pilates. I need to get an HRM when I have more money

Yeah I usually net between 700-800

Thank you, I guess I'm just paranoid to eat the calories back too!

Thanks for that...uh

Thanks! We haven't had the water tested but ours doesn't come from a public source (just our own well) because I live in the boonies. I will have to see if we have something like water depot nearby! Thanks

I will try Sheetz. Sadly I am very very allergic to the Mio drinks (stupid sucralose). In regards to the water, It has a really horrible smell more than anything. We live in a rural area so there's no public filtering system for the water, just the well that with an underground reservoir.

I do 4 miles of Leslie Sansone's fat burning walk every day and have gone from a size 14 or 16 down to a 10 or 12 petite (which is a 10 regular in average sizing) in about a month and a half (including a few trips to a friend's where I didn't count calories). It's my only cardio that I do. I combine it with basic pilates…

hey! I'm 5'2 and am looking to lose about 40-50 pounds. Definitely going to be a challenge! You can friend me if you like. I'm 24 years old and an artist and teacher. I work out 60-90 minutes per day 5 days a week. My weakness right now is fast food and I'm working on that one :)

I workout "hard" between 60-90 minutes 5 days a week, and for 25-30 minutes one day a week, and rest one. However my rest day is usually my errand running day so I'm out walking around town anyway,.

I cross reference food labels and websites for calorie count. That's just a smart idea in general so you know what you're consuming. However, I cross reference calorie burn over four or five websites and have found they're all pretty consistent with MFP. I haven't found any major discrepancies at all. I don't go to a gym…

Thank you for being both rude and judgmental with your "help." The dinner you claim I didn't prepare at home, I did. Whole grains are an important part of a diet aka bread in a sandwich. I work in a city and have to have fast food or nothing at all some weeks. That's why I choose lower calorie options and kids portions. I…

Same here. I guess I have an insane amount of paranoia about gaining too much. Also because of family issues (lack of support) I generally only workout when I'm on breaks at work or when I'm home alone. This means I cant' do much Saturdays and Sundays (I usually can sneak my 17 minute pilates workout in). I just wonder if…

I had no idea my diary wasn't public. I've changed that

For TDEE "Based on your information your details, the TDEE calculator puts your daily calorie requirement at 2398" My BMR is "1599.99" I suppose all that data is still confusing to me. I know I should eat more, but its very much a struggle for me. Additionally, I was treated for mild to moderate bulimia (or bulimic…

Thought about giving that a go today after my lunch break at work. Also I'm loving your Doctor Who Adiposes on your tracker :)

Thank you for your support :)
