  • For breakfast, half cup of Greek yogurt (2% Fage) plus whatever fresh berries I have, usually strawberries on the bottom, then the yogurt, then some blueberries on top. Then I add some chopped walnuts. It's quick to make, looks pretty, feels like a treat, and has decent amounts of calcium, protein, antioxidants and Omega 3.

  • I used this calculator: http://caloriesburnedhq.com/zumba-calories-burned/. It lets you enter your weight, workout time and intensity. Assuming medium intensity to cover the entire class range from warm-up to cool-down, I came up with 532 for a 60 minute class.
  • Saw this in Martha Stewart a while back: slice a banana diagonally and freeze the slices. Then dip them in unsweetened cocoa powder to which you add a little cinnamon. But I agree with Kwpenguin - having a reasonable portion of the real thing now and then is probably the best idea.
