That's so annoying. I don't know why people feel as though they can just share their opinion without being asked for it. That is a huge pet peeve of mine. I would have been upset for sure, and probably not as nice. :-(

I used to do Bikram Yoga all of the time. I agree that running 4 miles on the same day will be a big strain on your system - ESPECIALLY if you are doing Bikram for the first time.
