Same. I never have nice consistent losses. It's down 2.5, back up about half of that and hold for 3-4 days. Then the other half drops off again. I've just decided to set a monthly goal because I can never tell when the losses are coming. Bodies are weird.

Mostly water bloat, and I refuse to get to upset about it. I had lots of fun with friends and family and gave myself permission to not be weird about food. With…

Who else is back at work five pounds heavier than when they left last Friday? B) I had a great holiday though.

It should have been much more, but I've been really good about exercise and activity this week. Still an almost 3 pound loss for the…

I have two food scales. A smaller, lighter one for quickly measuring sauces and small things, and a bigger one that can hold a full dinner plate or a small pot. I have no sense of measurement so my 'about a cup' of something ends up being 2 or 3 servings. It's really annoying sometimes, but I have to weigh stuff.

Wow! Congratulations. What a great loss for November!

@mmdeveau Congrats on your loss this week. Great post about daily weighing. @stefsc1 You and I have opposite low weigh in days. I weigh everyday, but my lowest is almost always Friday morning and my highest is always on Monday. No coincidence that I have a completely sedentary desk job!

Hi. I'm 46. You can add me too.

@Candyn617 Water weight fluctuations get me too. I weigh myself every morning, and it's kind of fascinating to see how much I can swing up and down, even when I eat the same things most weekdays. I try to be zen about it, but sometimes it's so frustrating.

That's fantastic! You're doing so well.

I had a great weekend, went to a couple of charity events and a football game. I tried to be as sensible as I could, but the salty food got me. I know there is no way I ate an extra 18,000 calories, so now I just have to make good choices and drink water like a fish until the water works itself out. I'm so bloated up, but…

Honestly, this is why I weigh myself every day. I'll have a spot on eating day, no extra salt or anything, but if I went hard on my workout my weight will be up. It got so bad I would stop working out two days before my weigh in day. I have to see the day to day fluctuations in order to not freak out about the weekly weigh…

I struggle with the same thing. I've tried switching up the food patterns and exercise, but I just can't my enthusiasm back. Planning and thinking about food starts to get really boring.

Congratulations!!!

Yes. Fitness is not my most difficult issue, I've always been quite active. Getting my calories under control is what works for me. You can't outrun Big Mac's.
-
I'm having the same issues with getting back on track. Late night eating has had me in a stall for almost six weeks. I decided to go cold turkey on eating after dinner, and I've been mostly successful (weekends are harddd), and finally lost a pound.

Bump. Thanks for all the suggestions!

In android: Open your app, tap 'add to diary', choose which meal, and then next to the search bar at the top there is a little blue and white barcode. You tap it, and the bar code reader opens for you to scan with your camera.

I've been using MFP for several months on Motorola Droid, and just swapped out to a new Samsung Galaxy S4 last week. I also have it installed on my Asus tablet. All of them are different versions of android, and they all work great!

You look amazing!
