I agree with you. Thought I was the only one who noticed that. Not just with fitness models, but also with those who have lost a considerable amount of weight too... I find they look much older after. Makes sense that a chubbier face would fill in those wrinkles so I guess that's why. Hmm

MFP uses the Mifflin-St. Jeor equations to estimate your BMR which is believed to be more accurate than the more commonly used Harris-Benedict equation. I drink an iced coffee or two every morning. As long as you aren't adding fattening milk or loads of sugar to it I think it's perfectly fine. I use a little truvia and almond milk. Enjoy your coffee:)
